Supreme Health Services in-home services are tailored to meet clients care requirements and are provided on a one -on-one basis and thus addressing the uniqueness of each individual's needs, privacy and dignity.
We realize that clients deserve every opportunity to live a qualitative lifestyle as is practically possible including an opportunity to integrate into the wider society.
Our services include:

Home Care
Light domestic home duties such as cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, ironing, dish washing, bed making, laundry, meals preparation.

Personal Care
Assistance with daily self-care tasks that a client is unable to provide for themselves because of illness, disability or frailty:
Showering/bathing and sponging
Dressing
Personal grooming
Toilet assistance
Support with aids and appliances.
Simple exercise and therapy health walks.

Petty Errands
Grocery shopping.
Bill payments.
Parcel delivery.
Writing and posting of mail.
Library books pick-up and return.

Respite Care / Relief Carers
This involves providing a break for any primary Carer who often supports a family member(s) on a regular basis. Irrespective of the period of relief, a Supreme Health Services carer ensures that a client does not miss out on their regular care when their family member takes a respite break. This relief may involve overnight stays, days or hourly arrangements.

Live-in Care
A 24-hour care service for clients recuperating at home after an early discharge from hospital.

Companionship, Driving and Chauffeuring
We provide carers to drive the Clients ( in Client's own vehicle) to appointments, shopping, social outings, etc.
Our carer and the client may also use a taxi, a hire car in which case the carer acts as a companion. Transport can also be in a carer's car but in this case, mileage and parking expenses are reimbursed to the carer.

Home Minding
Supreme Health Services 24-hour service is available to take care of a client's home in the client’s absence on holiday or in hospital. Our carer will follow the client’s instructions as to what they want done while away such as pet feeding/minding, airing the house, emptying the mail box, watering of plants etc.

Other Services
We are able to assist clients in developing independent living skills by providing community access and participation in recreational activities.
